Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
| The shipping will be completed at the time the order is fully paid and received by the shop, pending shop demand there may be a 1-2 week delay. The shipping company should be USPS but if there are issues with the carrier the shipping company may change and it is at the discretion of the shop to make this decision. This delivery service information will be provided in the tracking information. Once the package leaves the shop, all responsibility for damage or loss falls on the shipping company/and purchaser. |

3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all states of the United States. If you’re located outside of our shipping zones, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

First, check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

Wait 48 hours in case of delayed scanning by the carrier.

6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-shipping fees will apply.
